Note: The owners have an opinion letter from their water attorney Michael Pearce (who was the
in-house counsel for the Arizona Department of Water Resources prior to entering private practice)
that by using Beaver Dam water Company as their "Designated Water Provider", we extended our
exclusive rights to the 5,300 acre feet of water until December 31, 2029. To apply for an extension
in 2018 would have been redundant.

Note: There is a little more than 5,200 acre feet of water rights remaining with the remaining land. 21 acres of Commercial land were sold in 2022 to a Travel Centers of America franchisee to build a gas station, super-convenience store and restaurants slated to be completed in 2024.
